ONE AND A HALF HOUR THERAPETUIC MASSAGE 90 minutes Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue of whole-body areas to bring about generalized improvements in health, such as relaxation or improved sleep, or specific physical benefits, such as relief of muscular aches and pains. ​ Massage can decrease pain and inflammation and increase mobility, comfort and feelings of well-being. Dr Heather's massages all inclusive; deep tissue, hot rocks, aromatherapy, cupping, Graston technique, myofascial release, trigger point therapy are all included. They will be used according to need and client's preferences. No hidden fees or upcharges.
